Short version: Investing Hub does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Every calculation runs entirely inside your browser. We never see your numbers.
Information We Do Not Collect
Investing Hub is a browser-based calculator suite. We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:
- We do not require an account, login, or registration of any kind.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information.
- We do not store the numbers you enter into the calculators. All calculations run client-side in your browser and are discarded when you close or refresh the page.
- We do not submit any form data to a server. There is no server-side processing.
- We do not use tracking pixels, session recordings, or behavioural analytics tools.
Cookies and Local Storage
Investing Hub uses browser localStorage for one purpose only: saving your dark mode preference (light or dark theme). This preference is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
We also use URL hash fragments (the part of the URL after #) to allow you to save and share calculator inputs. This data is stored client-side only and is never sent to our servers.
We do not use tracking cookies or any cookies set by Investing Hub itself.
Google AdSense and Analytics
Investing Hub displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show you relevant ads based on your browsing history and interests. This is governed by Google's own privacy practices.
We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage patterns — such as which calculators are used most often and which pages receive the most traffic. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared with us.
You can opt out of Google's advertising and analytics data collection via Google's Ad Settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
